Creates public records exemptions for psychologists' personal identifying information (excluding name, licensure status, and licensure number) obtained from the coordinated licensure information system under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact

Allows disclosure of exempt information only if authorized by the state that originally reported it to the system, and only to the extent that state's law permits

Exempts certain Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission meetings from public meeting requirements when discussing personnel matters, litigation, contract negotiations, compliance investigations, trade secrets, or law enforcement records

Makes recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed commission meetings exempt from public records requirements

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2025, unless reenacted by the Legislature
