Requires community development districts to obtain a just valuation from a property appraiser before acquiring any property that includes real property or is permanently affixed to real property

The valuation requirement applies regardless of the funding method used for acquisition, including bonds, special assessments, ad valorem taxes, fees, or cash

The property appraisal must conform to the standards set forth in Florida Statute 193.011
