Creates a "Camo Alert" system for missing at-risk veterans, defined as military veterans or active duty members suffering from mental illness (including PTSD), traumatic brain injury, or who are concerned about their own mental stability

Establishes a voluntary Camo Alert Registry within the Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse, requiring veterans or their legal guardians to opt-in before a Camo Alert can be issued on their behalf

Provides civil liability immunity for the Department of Law Enforcement, law enforcement agencies, media outlets, and other entities that record, transmit, or release Camo Alert information in good faith

Makes knowingly and intentionally causing a false Camo Alert a first-degree misdemeanor

Requires removal and expungement of a veteran's information from the registry within 30 days of receiving a written request from the veteran or their legal guardian
