Expands the definition of "line-make vehicle" to include all vehicle models regardless of engine type, power plant, drive train, or design sold under a common manufacturer name, and prohibits manufacturers from rebadging franchised vehicles as new line-makes without offering franchises to existing dealers

Prohibits motor vehicle manufacturers, importers, and distributors from competing with their franchised dealers in vehicle sales, parts sales, collision repair, or other dealer activities

Broadens the definition of "sale" to include leasing, rental, licensing, subscription, or any other transfer of vehicles, parts, or accessories to consumers, wholesalers, or brokers

Replaces legislative intent language with detailed findings that the motor vehicle franchise system protects public welfare, maintains fair competition, provides consumer protection and warranty services, and creates jobs in Florida

Allows manufacturers' common entities to continue selling replacement parts, accessories, and after-market products under their own brand names
