Prohibits knowingly selling, exchanging, or transferring a police vehicle without first removing all police markings (decals, stickers, distinctive paint schemes, or other identifying markers)

Requires law enforcement agencies, sellers, and auction houses to provide an official letter confirming police markings have been removed before completing the sale or transfer

Exempts transfers of police vehicles between law enforcement agencies from the marking removal requirements

Exempts sales to the general public for collection or display purposes, but requires sellers to provide written notice that deliberately impersonating a public officer using the vehicle is a third-degree felony under Section 843.0855
