Repeals the existing requirement for county and municipal budget officers to report fiscal data (spending per resident, debt per resident, median income, average employee salary, etc.) to the Office of Economic and Demographic Research by October 15 annually

Transfers reporting responsibility to the Department of Financial Services, requiring counties and municipalities to electronically submit fiscal and economic information by October 15, 2020, and annually thereafter

Requires the Department of Financial Services to establish an interactive website by January 15, 2021, allowing residents to compare fiscal and economic data across all Florida counties and municipalities

Mandates the department to generate and mail a single-page, colorful local government report annually to each household with a registered voter, showing government spending per resident, debt per resident, average employee salary, median income, average school grade, and crime rate with comparative rankings

Authorizes the department to contract with vendors through a competitive procurement process to design the reports and create the interactive website
