Buildings and structures on agricultural land used for agricultural purposes (production, packaging, processing, storage) will be assessed using the same income methodology as the land itself, rather than as separate taxable improvements

Removes the 20-mile distance limitation for agricultural vehicles transporting products from harvest sites or farms on roads with posted speed limits of 65 mph or less, exempting them from tarpaulin covering requirements

Extends the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' authority to use Pest Control Trust Fund moneys for pest control purposes from June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2024

Increases wildland firefighter training requirements to 456 total hours (40 hours structural fire training, 40 hours emergency medical training, and 376 hours wildfire training), up from the previous 250+ hours, and renames the certification from "Forestry Certificate" to "Wildland Firefighter Certificate"

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to conduct a study on the potential benefits of renewable natural gas in Florida, including economic benefits, new revenue opportunities for local governments and agricultural producers, and energy security contributions
