Removes trade secrets from numerous public records exemptions across Florida law, affecting dozens of state agencies including the Department of Transportation, Public Service Commission, Department of Health, Department of Environmental Protection, and Office of Financial Regulation

Repeals multiple standalone trade secret confidentiality statutes, including sections covering the Florida Accidental Release Prevention and Risk Management Planning Act, dairy business information, and timeshare filings

Amends the definition of "proprietary confidential business information" in multiple statutes to exclude trade secrets, while retaining exemptions for other categories such as internal auditing controls, security measures, and competitive business information

Authorizes the Office of Insurance Regulation to report and publish information on an aggregate basis by line of business and county, even if marked as trade secret, while maintaining individual confidentiality

Removes scheduled sunset repeal dates from several existing public records exemptions and makes conforming changes to reference the general trade secret statute (s. 688.01) instead of individual agency-specific trade secret provisions
