Prohibits healthcare providers, facilities, and organ transplant entities from denying individuals access to organ transplants or anatomical gifts solely based on developmental or intellectual disabilities

Requires covered entities to make reasonable modifications to policies and procedures to accommodate individuals with disabilities, including providing auxiliary aids such as interpreters, accessible text formats, and supported decision-making services

Prohibits placing qualified individuals with disabilities at lower priority on organ transplant waiting lists or denying related medical services including evaluation, surgery, counseling, and post-transplant treatment

Bars individual health insurers, group health insurers, and health maintenance organizations from denying coverage for organ transplants solely based on a subscriber's disability for policies delivered, issued, or renewed on or after July 1, 2020

Allows affected individuals to bring legal action in circuit court for injunctive or equitable relief if a covered entity violates the nondiscrimination provisions
