Requires the Department of Education to annually collect and distribute career landscape information to public high school guidance counselors by October 15, including data on high-demand jobs, postsecondary costs, student loan default rates, graduation rates, and starting salaries

Authorizes state universities and Florida College System institutions, upon State Board of Education approval, to sponsor charter schools to meet regional education and workforce demands, with the sponsoring institution's board of trustees serving as the local educational agency for federal funding purposes

Extends eligibility for 15-year charter terms to charter schools operated by municipalities, public entities, or private not-for-profit organizations, subject to sponsor approval

Allows libraries, community organizations, museums, theaters, churches and other places of worship to provide space to charter schools under preexisting zoning without requiring special exceptions, rezoning, or land use changes

Permits school districts to enter into agreements to plan, design, and construct charter school facilities and serve as financial agent, lienholder, or lessor for those properties
