Expands required Holocaust education instruction to include the state's policy against anti-Semitism, its definition, historical and current examples, and prevention measures as defined in s. 1000.05(7)

Requires each school district to annually certify and provide evidence to the Department of Education that Holocaust instruction requirements are being met

Authorizes the Department of Education to develop standards and curriculum for Holocaust instruction, with input from the Commissioner's Task Force on Holocaust Education and recognized Holocaust educational organizations

Permits the department to contract with multiple named Florida Holocaust education centers and museums to develop teacher training and grade-appropriate classroom resources

Designates the second week in November as Holocaust Education Week in Florida's K-20 public education system, commemorating the anniversary of Kristallnacht
