Extends liability protection to nonprofit organizations' subsidiaries, affiliates, foundations, boards of directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, donors, and agents

Shields nonprofits from civil liability for acts or omissions related to providing temporary housing or support services when no remuneration is required from program participants, including liability for acts by third parties or the participants themselves

Specifies that voluntary charitable contributions from program participants do not constitute "remuneration" that would void the liability protections, and clarifies the law does not override licensing requirements for social workers, therapists, or mental health counselors
