Eliminates end-of-course (EOC) assessments for Geometry, United States History, and Civics, retaining only Algebra I and Biology I EOC assessments as statewide requirements

Authorizes school districts to select a nationally recognized high school assessment (such as SAT or ACT) to administer to grade 10 students in lieu of the Florida Standards Assessment for English Language Arts, with passing scores satisfying graduation requirements

Requires the Commissioner of Education to provide a paper-based option for administering all statewide standardized assessments, including ELA, Mathematics, and EOC assessments, to reduce testing time and increase instructional time

Revises teacher and school administrator evaluation systems by removing the requirement that student learning growth data constitute a specific portion of evaluations and eliminating the state approval requirement for district evaluation systems

Requires assessment results to be provided to students, teachers, and parents within 30 days or by the end of the school year, and restricts ELA and Mathematics assessments in grades 3-8 to the last 4 weeks of school
