Recognizes the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 transitional kindergarten classes at Tropical Elementary School in Merritt Island for creating and promoting the "Kindness All Around" symbol

The symbol, a heart encircled by connected arrows, was designed to educate the public on the power of kindness and encourage its integration into daily life

The 2019-2020 class continued promoting the symbol through a classroom grant from the Brevard Schools Foundation, supported by the State of Florida School District Education Foundation Matching Grant Program

The symbol has received support from hundreds of individuals across the United States and internationally, including England, the Philippines, Australia, Spain, Canada, France, Ireland, and the African continent

A copy of the resolution will be presented to teacher Barbara Wilcox's transitional kindergarten classes as recognition of their efforts
