Notes that more than 21,000 Florida National Guard members have served on federal active duty since September 11, 2001, in operations including Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn

Honors the sacrifices of Guard members, their families, and employers during domestic emergencies (hurricanes, fires, floods) and overseas deployments
