Adds wildlife crossings as an explicit purpose for land acquisition under the Florida Forever Act, including them in biodiversity protection goals and landscape linkage priorities

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to consult with the Division of Emergency Management, Department of Agriculture, Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Department of Transportation, Department of Economic Opportunity, and water management districts on conservation projects in coastal areas subject to sea-level rise flooding

Mandates at least $10 million annually beginning in fiscal year 2020-2021 for acquiring lands or conservation easements in areas impacted by a hurricane within the previous 5 years that are either conservation lands or coastal areas subject to sea-level rise flooding

Directs the Acquisition and Restoration Council to give increased priority to projects that maximize benefits through coordinated planning with state agencies for conservation lands and coastal areas vulnerable to flooding

Maintains existing Florida Keys land acquisition funding of at least $5 million annually through fiscal year 2026-2027
