Removes the scheduled October 2, 2020 repeal date for public records exemptions protecting location information of residential facilities serving adult victims of human trafficking involving commercial sexual activity

Maintains confidentiality of facility location information from public records requests under Florida's open government laws and the State Constitution

Preserves the exception allowing location information to be shared with government agencies as necessary for health and safety standards and emergency situations

Exemption does not apply to facilities licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration; effective date October 1, 2020
