Removes the October 2, 2020 sunset repeal date for public records exemptions protecting the identity of child abuse victims, minors who are human trafficking victims, and victims of sexual offenses

Maintains confidentiality exemptions for criminal intelligence and investigative information that could reveal identities of victims under chapter 827 (child abuse), s. 787.06 (human trafficking), and chapters 794, 796, 800, and 847 (sexual offenses)

Continues allowing law enforcement agencies to disclose protected information for official duties, to assist in locating missing or endangered persons, or to share with other government agencies

Removes the sunset repeal date for exemptions protecting the identity of human trafficking victims whose criminal history records have been expunged under s. 943.0583

Takes effect October 1, 2020
