Deletes provisions requiring Port of Palm Beach District commissioners to execute and deliver a $25,000 bond within 30 days of assuming office, eliminating the vacancy penalty for failure to provide the bond.

Reduces the annual salary of commissioners from $12,500 to $9,500 per annum, regardless of the office held.

Changes the title "port manager" to "port director" throughout the charter to conform to the updated terminology.

Maintains all other bonding and employment requirements for secretary-treasurers, consultants, and port employees with fidelity bonds as previously established.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
