Redefines "cyberstalk" in s. 784.048 to include attempts to access online accounts or Internet-connected home electronic systems without permission, in addition to electronic communications causing substantial emotional distress.

Defines "electronic record" in s. 836.10 to include any digitally created, modified, or distributed record containing text, graphics, video, audio, or pictorial content, excluding telephone calls.

Creates new felony offense under s. 836.10 prohibiting any person from sending, posting, or transmitting written or electronic records containing threats to kill, do bodily harm, conduct a mass shooting, or commit an act of terrorism; punishable as a second-degree felony.

Updates s. 921.0022 to classify violations of s. 836.10 (written or electronic threats) as a second-degree felony in the Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart at Level 6.
