Requires circuit court clerks to provide certified copies of information, indictments, judgements, and sentences without charge to persons seeking restoration of voting rights under Article VI, Section 4 of the Florida Constitution

Adds subsection (29) to Florida Statute 28.24 to exempt voting rights restoration documents from standard clerk service charges

Requires circuit court clerks to provide these documents without charge or delay to persons disqualified from voting due to felony convictions (excluding murder or felony sexual offenses) who need them to restore voting eligibility

Renumbers existing subsection (4) of Florida Statute 98.0751 to subsection (5) and adds new subsection (4) implementing these requirements

Takes effect upon becoming law
