Prohibits the sale and use of fireworks within the Equestrian Preserve of the Village of Wellington on all days except under specified circumstances, notwithstanding Florida Statutes sections 791.001 and 791.08.

Permits supervised public fireworks displays within Wellington's jurisdictional boundaries when handled by a competent operator approved by the police and fire department chiefs, with displays meeting fire department safety standards.

Requires written permit applications for fireworks displays at least 15 days in advance, with permits being non-transferable and valid only for the specified display purpose.

Exempts fireworks used for agricultural purposes as defined in Florida Statutes section 791.07 from the prohibition.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
