Creates a civil cause of action allowing persons who were minors in sexually explicit images to sue interactive computer services that fail to remove such images within 24 hours of written notification.

Courts may award compensatory damages, punitive damages (if conduct was willful), equitable relief including injunctions, and civil penalties of $100,000 per day for noncompliance with injunctions.

Requires court to award reasonable attorney fees and court costs related to injunction issuance, with collected civil penalties deposited into the Crimes Compensation Trust Fund.

Allows victims with valid claims to request and use a pseudonym in all legal pleadings, issued and maintained by the Department of Legal Affairs and recognized as valid legal identity in all Florida courts.

Amends section 92.56 to include actions under this statute among crimes where victims may use pseudonyms in court records and proceedings.
