Creates Florida Statute 1006.185 requiring athletic associations with public school members to adopt bylaws allowing schools to make brief opening remarks at championship contests upon request.

Opening remarks limited to 2 minutes per school using the public address system, with content controlled by the school and speaker selection at the school's discretion.

Athletic associations prohibited from controlling, monitoring, or reviewing the content of opening remarks.

Requires an announcement before opening remarks stating that the content does not reflect the views or endorsement of the athletic association.

Effective July 1, 2021; schools retain discretion to allow opening remarks at regular season contests.
