Adds paragraph (c) to section 1001.44, Florida Statutes, specifying that students awarded a certificate of completion under section 1003.4282 are eligible to enroll in career center programs.

Amends section 1002.34, Florida Statutes, to explicitly state that students awarded a certificate of completion under section 1003.4282 are eligible to enroll in charter technical career center programs.

Maintains existing non-discrimination requirements for charter technical career centers regarding admissions based on physical disability, English proficiency, or other unlawful bases.

Allows charter technical career centers to establish reasonable evaluation criteria for prospective students, which must be outlined in the charter.

Takes effect on July 1, 2021.
