Amends Florida Statutes section 119.0712 to add a public records exemption for the Department of Military Affairs covering information stored in U.S. Department of Defense systems, transmitted via DoD networks or communications devices, or pertaining to the DoD pursuant to 10 U.S.C. section 394.

Exempts covered information from Florida public records disclosure requirements under section 119.07(1) and Article I, section 24(a) of the State Constitution, with exceptions requiring redactions in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Applies the exemption retroactively to information held by the department before, on, or after the effective date of the statute.

Establishes the exemption as subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and schedules automatic repeal on October 2, 2026, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Declares public necessity for the exemption based on protecting sensitive military information including missions, units, personnel, deployments, and troop concentrations to safeguard military members and national security.
