Authorizes paramedics to administer immunizations and other public health countermeasures in nonemergency environments within their scope of training and under medical director supervision.

Requires a written agreement between the paramedic's medical director and the Department of Health or county health department in each county where the paramedic administers immunizations or public health countermeasures.

Requires medical directors to verify and document that paramedics have received sufficient training and experience to administer immunizations or other public health countermeasures on forms developed by the department.

Permits paramedics and emergency medical technicians to perform health promotion, wellness activities, and blood pressure screenings in nonemergency environments under medical director supervision.

Becomes effective July 1, 2021.
