Creates section 456.0231 of Florida Statutes to establish an exemption from Florida health care licensure requirements for out-of-state physicians treating veterans

Defines "physician" as a person holding an active, unencumbered license to practice allopathic or osteopathic medicine issued by another state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. possession, commonwealth, or territory

Requires physicians to submit proof of valid out-of-state medical license, proof of current employment with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, and an attestation that they will only provide medical services to veterans in hospitals licensed under chapter 395

Mandates the Department of Health notify physicians of their exemption status within 15 business days of receiving required documentation

Takes effect July 1, 2021
