Creates s. 790.501, F.S., titled the "Second Amendment Preservation Act," declaring specified federal firearms regulations void and of no effect within Florida.

Declares the following federal actions as infringements on Second Amendment rights: taxes or fees on firearms/accessories/ammunition; registration or tracking of firearms or owners; and acts forbidding possession, ownership, or confiscation of firearms from law-abiding citizens.

Prohibits any person, including public servants, from enforcing federal firearms regulations that infringe on Second Amendment rights and creates civil liability for violations, with courts authorized to award costs and attorney fees to prevailing parties.

Makes individuals permanently ineligible for law enforcement employment in Florida if they knowingly enforce or aid in enforcement of federal firearms restrictions while acting as federal officials or under color of federal law.

Allows private citizens to pursue declaratory judgment actions in circuit court to establish law enforcement officer ineligibility, with immediate termination required upon court determination and employer liability for all associated costs and attorney fees.
