• Exempts home addresses and telephone numbers of current Florida Senate and House members from public records disclosure requirements.

• Exempts names, home addresses, telephone numbers, and places of employment of spouses and children of current legislators from public disclosure.

• Exempts names and locations of schools or day care facilities attended by children of current legislators from public disclosure.

• Requires legislators to submit a written request to exempt information and a written statement confirming reasonable effort to protect the information from public access through other means.

• Exemption is subject to sunset review and expires October 2, 2026, unless the Legislature reenacts the law; takes effect July 1, 2021.
