Creates section 483.919, Florida Statutes to establish licensure procedures for genetic counselors under the Department of Health.

Sets application fee for genetic counselor license issuance and annual renewal at a maximum of $25.

Authorizes the Department of Health to waive the application fee by rule.

Requires fee proceeds to be deposited in the Administrative Trust Fund within the Department of Health and used for administration of genetic counselor licensure.

Takes effect on the same date that HB 1233 or similar legislation becomes law.
