Amends Florida Statutes section 800.03 to add an exception to unlawful exposure of sexual organs for individuals who are naked at clothing-optional beaches or other designated places for that purpose.

Maintains existing penalties: first violation is a first-degree misdemeanor; second or subsequent violations are third-degree felonies.

Preserves existing exception for mothers breastfeeding their babies.

Requires the Division of Recreation and Parks of the Department of Environmental Protection to amend rule 62D-2.014(7)(b), Florida Administrative Code, by October 1, 2021 to comply with the new exception.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
