Amends Florida statute section 1003.42 to require public school health education curriculum to include information about the dangers and signs of human trafficking.

Mandates human trafficking education include recognition of trafficking signs, awareness of national/state/local resources, prevalence and nature of trafficking, risk reduction strategies, and information on social media and mobile app misuse for trafficking.

Requires instruction on setting healthy boundaries, safely seeking assistance, and prevention of abuse and addiction to alcohol, nicotine, and drugs as part of the trafficking education component.

Directs State Board of Education to adopt standards and assess implementation of these human trafficking education requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2021.
