Exempts portions of Public Service Commission hearings discussing proprietary confidential business information from public meeting requirements under Florida law, subject to specified statutory references including sections 364.183, 366.093, 367.156, and 368.108.

Requires all exempt hearing portions to be recorded and transcribed, with such recordings and transcripts remaining confidential and exempt from public records disclosure unless a court determines the hearing was not restricted to proprietary confidential business information.

Permits disclosure of recording and transcript portions revealing only nonexempt information following judicial in camera review and determination.

Subjects the exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals them on October 2, 2026, unless the Legislature reenacts the provision.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
