Establishes a one-time application fee of $7.5 million for sports wagering licenses issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation under section 547.004, Florida Statutes.

Sets an annual renewal fee of $1 million for sports wagering licenses that are issued or renewed.

Amends section 547.004, Florida Statutes, by adding subsections (4) and (5) to specify the fee structure.

Takes effect on the same date that HB 1317 or similar legislation takes effect, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
