Authorizes the Board of Trustees of the Holmes County Hospital Corporation to own, lease, establish, acquire, construct, equip, maintain, and operate health care facilities and services both within and beyond Holmes County boundaries.

Empowers trustees to contract with individuals, partnerships, corporations, municipalities, the county, the state, and other government agencies to jointly provide inpatient and outpatient health care facilities and services consistent with Florida law and sections 408.031-408.0455, Florida Statutes.

Grants trustees all powers necessary, incidental, or convenient to effect the purposes for which the Holmes County Hospital Corporation is organized.

Prohibits trustees from using ad valorem tax or non-ad valorem special assessment revenues levied by Holmes County on property within the county for any purpose outside Holmes County boundaries.

Takes effect upon becoming law with severability clause protecting remaining provisions if any section is declared unconstitutional or inapplicable.
