Exempts home addresses, dates of birth, telephone numbers, and photographs of current and former county attorneys and assistant county attorneys from public records disclosure.

Exempts names, home addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, dates of birth, and places of employment of spouses and children of these attorneys from public records disclosure.

Exempts names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by children of county attorneys and assistant county attorneys from public records disclosure.

Provides that individuals may submit a notarized written request to release their own exempt information to authorized parties.

Exemption sunsets on October 2, 2024, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature; takes effect July 1, 2021.
