• Requires the Department of Health to provide adopted children's complete medical records, including immunization records, to adopting parents within 15 business days after receiving the judgment of adoption entry from the court clerk.

• Prohibits the Department of Health from disposing of an adopted child's medical and immunization records for at least 16 business days after the court enters the judgment of adoption.

• Effective date: July 1, 2021.
