Amends Florida Statutes section 794.05 to add a new subsection (2) creating a third-degree felony for persons 24 years of age or older who intentionally touch in a lewd or lascivious manner the breasts, genitals, genital area, or buttocks of a person 16 or 17 years old, or the clothing covering these areas

Includes as criminal conduct forcing or enticing a person 16 or 17 years of age to touch the perpetrator in a lewd or lascivious manner

Renumbers existing subsections (2), (3), and (4) of section 794.05 as subsections (3), (4), and (5) to accommodate the new provision

Applies penalties under Florida Statutes sections 775.082, 775.083, or 775.084 for the third-degree felony offense

Takes effect October 1, 2021
