Creates an exemption from public records disclosure for shellfish receiving and production records from licensed shellfish processing facilities under section 597.020

Exempts audit records and supporting documentation for submerged land leases issued under chapter 253 or former chapter 370

Exempts aquaculture production records and receipts generated by aquaculture facilities certified under section 597.004

Allows disclosure of exempted records to other governmental entities performing duties and responsibilities, and pursuant to section 474.2165

Sunsets the exemption on October 2, 2026, unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature; takes effect July 1, 2021
