Exempts groups of individuals certified under section 393.17 or licensed under chapters 490 or 491 from health care clinic licensure requirements when employed by or contracted with a group practice, billing provider, or agency providing applied behavior analysis services.

Maintains clinic licensing requirements for entities seeking reimbursement under the Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, unless exempted under section 627.736(5)(h).

Adds registered behavior technicians with nationally recognized paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis to the definition of "private instructional personnel" in section 1003.572.

Requires registered behavior technicians to practice under supervision of qualified individuals while assisting in the provision of applied behavior analysis services.

Effective date is July 1, 2021.
