Proposes constitutional amendment to limit district school board members to eight consecutive years of service in the same office.

School board members who have served eight consecutive years may not appear on the ballot for reelection to that office.

Amendment applies only to terms of office beginning on or after November 8, 2022; service in terms that commenced before this date does not count toward the eight-year limit.

Requires voter approval at the next general election or at an earlier special election authorized by law to take effect.
