Authorizes chiropractic physicians who complete a minimum 36-hour training course to order, store, possess, prescribe, and administer articles of natural origin including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, hyaluronic acid, enzymes, saline, antioxidants, dextrose, glandulars, cellular components, extracts, water, botanicals, phytonutrients, and homeopathics

Permits chiropractic physicians to administer medical oxygen and allows licensed pharmacists to fill chiropractic orders for articles of natural origin

Maintains existing authorization for chiropractic physicians to order, store, and administer prescription medical oxygen for emergency purposes only and specific topical anesthetics in aerosol form

Allows all 40 continuing education hours required for chiropractic license renewal to be completed online if courses are competency-based and incorporate Shareable Content Object Reference Model standards for web-based e-learning
