Amends s. 119.071, F.S. to add Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services inspectors to the list of public employees whose personal information is exempt from public records disclosure.

Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former inspectors, plus their spouses' and children's identifying information and school locations, from public records requirements under s. 119.07(1) and Fla. Const. Art. I, s. 24(a).

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2026, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Authorizes inspectors and their employers to submit written requests to maintain the exemption status with custodial agencies that are not the employer of record.

Establishes public necessity findings that releasing inspector information could endanger inspectors and their families from disgruntled individuals whose businesses were inspected for violations; became effective July 1, 2021.
