Amends section 375.041, F.S. to establish annual appropriations from the Land Acquisition Trust Fund following expiration of temporary amendments from 2020 legislation

Requires minimum annual appropriation of the lesser of 25 percent or $200 million for Everglades restoration projects, with $32 million annually through fiscal 2023-2024 to the South Florida Water Management District for the Long-Term Plan

Mandates minimum annual appropriation of the lesser of 76.5 percent or $100 million through fiscal 2025-2026 for planning, design, engineering, and construction of specific Everglades restoration projects including storage reservoirs and lagoon restoration

Requires minimum annual appropriations of the lesser of 7.6 percent or $50 million for spring restoration projects; $5 million annually through fiscal 2025-2026 for Lake Apopka restoration; and $64 million annually for the EAA reservoir project

Appropriates $100 million annually to the Florida Forever Trust Fund and deletes an obsolete provision that expired July 1, 2020; effective July 1, 2021
