Authorizes students attending eligible alternative schools or programs to enroll in up to three courses per school year at any public school in Florida, subject to space, availability, and course prerequisites.

Part-time enrollment does not count toward the attendance requirements of the student's primary school or program.

Part-time students must be reported for funding purposes and generate funding through the Florida Education Finance Program according to section 1011.62.

Revises the definition of "part-time student" in the state education finance statutes to explicitly include students enrolled under the new part-time enrollment provisions.

Requires districts to include part-time students in program membership surveys when aggregating full-time equivalent student membership by school and district for funding calculations.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
