Creates a public records exemption for portions of county supervisors of elections records containing network schematics, hardware and software configurations, or encryption information.

Exempts records identifying detection, investigation, or response practices for suspected or confirmed information technology security incidents and breaches from public disclosure under Florida Statutes § 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution.

Allows the Auditor General automatic access to exempt records and permits other governmental entities to access them for information technology security purposes or official duties.

Applies retroactively to records held by supervisors of elections before, on, or after the effective date.

Exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be repealed on October 2, 2026, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
