• Removes provisions authorizing law enforcement to seize firearms from persons during involuntary mental health examinations, with exceptions for those deemed immediate danger to themselves or others.

• Repeals the statute prohibiting firearm ownership for persons with firearm possession and ownership disabilities (s. 790.064).

• Removes the prohibition on persons younger than 21 years of age from purchasing firearms and repeals exemptions from waiting periods for hunters and law enforcement officers purchasing rifles or shotguns.

• Repeals the ban on bump-fire stocks (s. 790.222) and eliminates risk protection orders (s. 790.401).

• Takes effect upon becoming law.
