Amends section 339.55, Florida Statutes, to remove the scheduled repeal date of a public records exemption for financial information of private entities applying for state-funded infrastructure bank loans or credit enhancements.

Makes permanent the exemption from public disclosure requirements for applicant financial information including business plans, pro forma statements, account balances, operating income or revenue, asset values, and debt.

Exemption does not apply to records of applicants in default of loans issued under the state-funded infrastructure bank program.

Eliminates the October 2, 2021, sunset date that previously required legislative reenactment to maintain the exemption.

Effective date: July 1, 2021.
