Amends section 464.0096 of Florida Statutes to make permanent public records and meetings exemptions related to the Nurse Licensure Compact

Exempts nurses' personal identifying information (other than name, licensure status, or licensure number) held by the Department of Health or Board of Nursing from public disclosure requirements under Florida law and the state constitution

Exempts meetings of the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators from public meeting requirements when discussing federally or state-exempted matters, including recordings, minutes, and records from such meetings

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2021, making the exemptions permanent instead of subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect October 1, 2021
